A South Carolina man started collecting tires to sell to China, to the
tune of 250k, and tossing them in one gigantic pile on his sprawling
50-acre property.
However, now that China is not so interested in all that rubber, he and
the environment are stuck with way too many Goodyears and Michelins.
Officials say a $400 littering fine is hardly enough to deal with the
problem.
